Find a Comfortable Position. Sit in a peaceful spot, in a posture that allows you to be both alert and relaxed. Close your eyes gently.


Begin by taking deep, comfortable breaths. Feel the air moving in and out of your body. Let any tension melt away with each breath.


Now, silently repeat these phrases towards yourself:


May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be safe.

May I live with ease.


With each phrase, imagine a warm light growing within your heart, embodying each wish.


Now, visualize someone you love. Picture them happy and well, and repeat the phrases:


May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be safe.

May you live with ease.


Feel the loving energy being sent to them.


Now extend this meditation to someone neutral and someone you have difficulties with, repeating the same loving phrases:


May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be safe.

May you live with ease.


Notice any shifts in your feelings as you do this.


Finally, extend your well-wishes universally. Imagine sending this loving energy to all beings on the planet


May all beings be happy.
