Self-care is a really popular word these days, and we are constantly bombarded with the craziest self-care routines that not many of us have time to actually do.


While there is nothing wrong, and it's actually pretty amazing, to sometimes do an hour-long facial treatment or a three-hour yin yoga session, there are smaller things you can start doing daily that count as self-care and are really beneficial for you.


In fact, a few-minute-long daily routine that eventually develops into a habit is more beneficial in the long run than random luxury moments every few weeks or months (don't get me wrong, you should really have those too!).
