Updated: Dec 30, 2023

Ever feel guilty for not practicing enough self-care? Well, you really shouldn't, and I can assure you that you are not alone.

Self-care is a really popular word these days, and we are constantly bombarded with the craziest self-care routines that not many of us have time to actually do.

While there is nothing wrong, and it's actually pretty amazing, to sometimes do an hour-long facial treatment or a three-hour yin yoga session, there are smaller things you can start doing daily that count as self-care and are really beneficial for you.

In fact, a few-minute-long daily routine that eventually develops into a habit is more beneficial in the long run than random luxury moments every few weeks or months (don't get me wrong, you should really have those too!).

In this post, we present to you some easy self-care ideas for daily use. Hopefully something you can start incorporating into your daily life!
