Why Self-Care and Mindfulness?

Why did we make a website dedicated to self-care and mindfulness? Well, we know how easy it is to forget to take care of ourselves and to remember to enjoy this experience of life when there's so much going on around us and the world is constantly demanding our attention or actions.

We want to give you as many easily implementable tips as possible and normalize self-care and mindfulness.


People often feel guilty if they try to slow down their lives, take good care of themselves, and enjoy their experiences. You are allowed to enjoy and we want to encourage you with that!


Self-care involves intentionally taking time to tend to our physical, emotional, and mental health. It can be as simple as taking a walk in nature, enjoying a favorite hobby, or even just getting enough sleep.


It's about respecting the needs of our bodies and minds and recognizing that it's not only okay but necessary, to put ourselves first.

Our founder, Salli, a certified mindfulness and yoga teacher, has experienced first-hand how these practices can help you on your healing journey, reduce anxiety, and enhance inner peace.


We believe that true change comes from practical and easily incorporated practices, which is why we focus on offering actionable tips to make mindfulness and self-care a reality in your everyday life.
